-Visit to the oyster farm and seafood tastings

The Thau lagoon is an ultra-sensitive ecological area that has been hit by numerous constraints by the state authorities since 2023. Today, the canal boat is one of the few boats to have authorization to enter the oyster farming area.

By embarking on this visit, you will have an unforgettable time and discover the different techniques for farming our oysters, visiting the farming parks along the way, followed by a stop at a Tarbouriech family farmhouse between 11:45 a.m. and 1:15/30 p.m. for tasting, at St Pierre in Loupian or St Barth Marseillan, as well as at Nicolas Cartier's farmhouse " Coma l'oustal ". OUTING POSSIBLE EVERY DAY BY RESERVATION ONLY on the site or with Captain Alain (0685906201). Decreasing rates are offered, depending on whether the boat takes 2, 5 or 7 passengers (78€/pers for 2 passengers, 59€/pers/ from 3 to 5 passengers or 39€/pers from 6 to 7 passengers) Group together before booking to get the best rate.

The price includes the ride, the visit and the tasting stop. Max 7 passengers

Departure from Sète at 11 a.m. and return to Sète at 2:30 p.m.

The tasting plate is freely composed and must be paid for directly at the restaurant on the same day.

Until May 1, 2025 only one outing per day at 11 a.m.
